1. Ensure that the voltage of all terminals within the prefabricated transformer remains consistent. The two power supplies to the prefabricated transformer should be identical. When the impedance voltage is the same, two prefabricated transformers should be used in parallel, and the power supply voltage should be strictly controlled.
2. When de-energizing the prefabricated transformer, the low-voltage side should be disconnected first, followed by the medium-voltage side, and finally the high-voltage side. When energizing, the grounding switch should be turned on first, and then the grounding should be discharged.
3. Perform proper maintenance on the prefabricated transformer. First, wear insulated shoes and gloves when maintaining and repairing the prefabricated transformer. Second, clean the transformer casing regularly and check for cracks or signs of aging wiring. Third, to ensure good ventilation, clean the surrounding components regularly. Finally, when installing and maintaining the prefabricated transformer, strictly check that all interfaces, screws, and connecting busbars are securely installed.
