A prefabricated transformer, as a complete set of power distribution equipment, is an organic combination of a transformer, high-voltage control equipment, and low-voltage control equipment.
Its basic principle lies in the rational assembly of components-including a pressure-starting system, armored cables, a fully automated substation system, a DC system, and corresponding technical equipment-in a prescribed sequence. All components are then installed in a specific, fully sealed, tempered steel enclosure structure that is waterproof, dustproof, and rodent-proof, thus forming a unique type of transformer. Prefabricated transformers have been widely used in power engineering construction.
